Amanda: jazz student, bass player, field hockey striker and 3rd generation photographer based in Auckland. I don't like to call myself a "photographer" as it's my mother's trade; it's something that I do purely because it thrills me to chase after the atmospheric moments (often in the dark) that are otherwise lost to the world. I am a self-confessed chronic in-car singer and nocturnal rain lover who likes to travel alone so I don't get self conscious whilst chasing cable cars for a photo. This is where I am collecting my wide array of photographic work, both personal and commissioned, whilst continuing in my journey of tripping over leads and music stands.
